A Remote Monitoring Solution for Residential Buildings
Our project
The Problem
In residential buildings it can be difficult to manage post box access and track incoming mail, given that traditional post boxes are usually situated in common areas and don't accommodate for packages. This leads to issues such as missed deliveries, unnecessary trips to the mailbox or even lost and stolen mail.
Our Solution
Building a system that detects deliveries and notifies the recipient, as well as adding post boxes designed for packages. With sensors to detect both letters and parcels and a mobile app to notify residents of deliveries.
